Megacities

Megacities, a ministry of YWAM Perth, Australia, will focus on London for the entire year of 2012, and is an outreach partner of Forever.  

Megacities is a catalyst, igniting a grassroots movement towards city-wide transformation. The ministry draws the international diversity of the body of Christ together, to partner with local churches, aid organisations and Government, to meet the diverse needs of the city. Megacities builds a network of relationships, which allows it to place your team into a region of the city where you can best serve with your unique gifts, calling and language. Ministry opportunities are as diverse as the city. Every kind of team has a place, and every kind of ministry is needed. 

In the past, Megacities has focused on cities such as Durban, Hyderabad, and Mexico City. Teams from all over the world have joined with Megacities to enhance their outreach, allowing them to link in quickly with the total work God is doing throughout the city. This has resulted in thousands of salvations, hundreds of healings, new churches, and new ministries, all working towards long-term transformation.
