Mind Body Spirit (May 2010)

Our first time at this event, and what a week it was. Here are the bare facts of our time at MBS 2010:

• six people saved;
• too many healings to keep track of;
• innumerable good conversations;
• roughly 100-120 people received Original Design prayer (prayer about who God created a person to be);
• and so many others who just received other prayer

Here are just a few of the many stories:

“A guy called Trevor came by a few times and each time we chatted a little more with him. Finally he asked for prayer from us, we prayed for him and God gave us words of knowledge about his past and God pouring in healing to these issues. This left Trevor speechless and deeply impacted, and he even asked for a photo of the team to help him always remember the moment. We also got the chance to share the gospel with Trevor and are believing for his salvation.”

“We put up a load of words of knowledge with ‘IS THIS YOU?’‚ on the top, we had from the prayer times - mostly names and health needs on the stand. Lots of people were stopping to have a look.  One girl said that she had ‘right knee pain’‚ which was on the list. She’d broken her knee three times. We prayed for her knee and our hands felt really hot when praying for her and felt stuff moving about inside her knee. When we finished praying she said she’d felt something click in her knee and said it was amazing.”

“Jenny waited ages for her Original Design prayer. She’d been through a lot. She had about six pictures that linked to the scriptures that God gave us. Mostly around ‘All who are weary come to me and I will give you rest.’ After this we led her by the hand to the Jesus experience stand (another Christian stall at the fair). She received Jesus!”

“Douglas came to our stand; we prayed for his Original Design. A very energetic man who enthusiastically related to the prophecies over him. We got ‘Seeker of truth’ which he identified with, and he got very enthusiastic about going and reading the Bible to discover his ‘narrow road’ that will lead him to the source of truth.”
